Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Burgeon Palms Training Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
By registering for a training course organized by Burgeon Palms, you agree to the following training cancellation and rescheduling policy, regardless of whether such registration was made through the Burgeon Palms website(s) or via email, telephone, or any other means.
Company-Initiated Changes: Burgeon Palms reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or change the location of an event due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events. In such cases, clients will be informed promptly and may choose between a full refund or switching to another program.
Client-Initiated Changes:
- Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their training to a later date free of charge if the request is made more than 1 month prior to the start of the course, subject to seat availability.
- Cancellation:
- Cancellations made more than 1 month before the course start date will incur a 25% surcharge of the total course fees. Clients may alternatively send a substitute participant.
- Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the course start date will incur a 50% surcharge of the total course fees. Clients may alternatively send a substitute participant.
- Short Notice Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling a training less than 10 working days before the start of the course will incur a 10% rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling a training less than 5 working days before the start of the course will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not attend the class without prior notification will not receive a refund.
Travel Arrangements: Please confirm your class before making travel arrangements. Burgeon Palms is not responsible for any costs incurred due to course cancellations or changes in location.
Substitutions: One substitute is permitted per registrant for the entire course; daily substitutions are not allowed. Burgeon Palms must be notified by email at enquiries@burgeonpalms.com prior to the first day of the course if a substitution will occur.
Discounted and Promotional Offers: Discounted training and promotional offers do not qualify for refunds.
Payment Terms: No training booking will be confirmed until full payment is received.
eLearning Courses: No refunds will be provided for the cancellation of eLearning courses once the eLearning license has been issued.
Refund Requests: Refund requests can be initiated only by email to our customer support team at enquiries@burgeonpalms.com.
Policy Updates: This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
